Just bought apple headphones as my AirPods broke. Got outside put them in my phone and they didn't work. Asked for a refund and got told i have to receive a voucher instead as they worked in the the guys phone who did the test. He clearly saw they didn't work in my phone but insisted they did work in his phone(although i never actually saw with my own eyes) and for that reason i've lost out on 20. If they indeed work in the guys phone who worked in the shop who sold me faulty headphones why does it matter if you can see that it doesn't work in my phone. Worst customer service I've received
