They were fast and worked hard. However they were messy. Splashing paint and cement. Even throwing some on my garden ant. Left behind empty plastic bottles, cigarette stubs and crisp packets. Rubbish swept into corners out of sight I stead of taking away I chose not to complain. But then I found the kitchen waste pipe had been broken and the pipe had been placed to make it look like it was not broken. One use of the kitchen sink uncovered their deceit!!! I gave them plenty of opportunities to put that right. After lots of opportunities and promises to put it right. Followed by many promises but then failed to arrive or to apologise..... The last occasion my garden gate was left unlocked for 3 days. I have learned my lesson. I will check everything in future....but, of course, I will not be using or recommending J Norris.

Reliable electrician. Did a fantastic job. Turned up when he said he would. Communication is great. He let me know what needed to be done. Reasonable prices.
