The owner shouts at customers. Very poor service while I was trying to return my parcel. If you can, avoid this collection/return shop.

When it comes to Hermes collection very poor service!! I will never return there. He had an awful attitude and refused to apologise FOR SENDING MY PARCEL BACK BEFORE IT WAS DUE TO BE SENT BACK. This is not the first time I have had bad service there. My fault for returning. Seeing other bad review stating racism makes me feel less crazy because I have seen them give great service to other races but just not me??? I will now be collecting my parcels from the Tesco with much better service. I do not recommend the manager/ owner is a handful to deal with and shouts at customers.

5 stars for the business and staff because I have never had a bad experience whilst coming to this shop. Im in here every morning to drop parcels off for shipment and the guys are always helpful to me and to other customers that walk in whilst I am there.
