        Support Plan offer a great, prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced service. As a Hospitality HR consultant I am totally reliant on my laptop and work stations for everything I do, so any IT problems will create unwanted stress and hassle. Therefore, it's good for me to know that every member of the team at Support Plan react quickly and calmly to any glitches, problems and/or questions - Highly Recommended

        I've worked with Lance and his team for 4 years now. They provide us with excellent service - fast response times, on-site support (as well as remote). They seem to have excellent staff retention as most times I speak to the same engineers, which is great as I don't have to explain our set up again and again! A service and a team I would recommend.
