        Sam came when he said he would, diagnosed the problems, provided estimates subject to research he then undertook satisfactorily, his office then agreed date and time for the work t ,be undertaken, this happened as envisaged, work completed satisfactorily on the underfloor heating circuit, problem with downstairs cloakroom fixed free. Try Sam you will not be disappointed.
