        Absolutely love this place! We come every year and occasionally right near Christmas and its so welcoming and cosy. 100% the best sea views in Sandsend/Whitby. A+++++ host 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Wouldnt stay anywhere else.

        We came here for a few years "on the trot" but it has been some years since our last visit. Nothing changes. Very friendly hosts - John and Jackie, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful location, fabulous and spotlessly clean accommodation. What more could one want? Perfect in every way!!!
