The Keep

Stayed here on the 10th February grounds are Beautiful, The Hide was lovely, immaculately clean, the All the Staff are amazing,, concierge Gary was always cleaning and went over and above for us. The rooms could do with having a small fridge in them, maybe shuffle the room around so you can fit one in or maybe next to the table with the kettle and things on, just a suggestion for the summer breaks people would like to put a few of there own things in it. BUT We did ask if it was possible to have one and Gary brought us one but we had to put it on the table.

Have stayed at raithwaite many times but recently the beds have become very uncomfortable, the rooms could also benefit from Windows as well as doors, as the rooms are hot in the night and you don't want to leave the balcony doors open (as the balconies are not private), on the last two occasions the air con has not worked either. Apart from that it's a lovely place to stay and the staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble for any of them
