CPL (Charles Piton Ltd)

I had to use this cleaning company after smoke fire damage to my airbnb. I cannot recommend them enough. We were so impressed by everything from the initial phone call enquiry, the first site visit and the two extremely helpful guys who came and cleaned and did a fantastic job. Excellent service on every level.

From start to finish of the job the customer service was excellent. Having done through a very stressful 11 week period trying to get insurance companies to actually do anything I was at the end of my tether. CPL/Rainbow stepped in and took away all of the stress, keeping me informed every step of the way. Their building subcontractors Carter Revivals also did a fantastic job of returning my home to it's former glory (I think it actually looks better than before!) and also provided fantastic customer support. I'm not normally one to sing peoples praises so highly but both CPL/Rainbow and Carter Revivals (Aaron Gore) really stepped up when I needed it most and took so much of the pain away in sorting my property out.

Fantastic service at all levels from this company from the initial speedy response through their thorough work and all the brilliant communication as we planned together a complex job in the demanding environment of a busy secondary school. I have no hesitation in recommending CPL.

We employed CPL to clean our sawmill after a serious fire. their process from survey to being on site was quick and efficient. They were attentive and kept contact with us regularly. Their on site lead operative Harry, has to be commended for his positive 'can-do' attitude, a pleasure to have him on site. I would certainly use CPL again (hopefully not following a fire though!!!).
