Great customer service spoke to cris gave us plenty of time on our own with the car no pushy sales told us all the good and not so good with the car bought the car and my grandson is over the moon with it for a low budget I would certainly recommend affordable cars

Bought a used car here in September with the help of Chris. He was really polite, friendly and informative throughout - not rushing me or intimidating in any way, which Ive found being a young woman trying to buy a car before. After a few visits, I found the right car for me and took for a test drive, sorted out papers and picked up. The car had a full service and MOT. A few days later, the engine light came on - so Chris advised to bring back so they could take to their garage and have a thorough look. After sorting it, a few days later it happened again - and I took it back; and unfortunately happened again a third time, to which they said they were going to take it to another garage all of which is covered by warranty. I have two young children and my husband doesnt drive - Chris picked up my car and dropped it back during all these times, and assured me they will get to the bottom of it. They did (this was October) and I havent had an issue since. It was very frustrating at the time, but the mechanic said was one of those unlucky things and shouldnt happen again. Whilst it was annoying, Chris was lovely and extremely helpful, making sure I was going to be happy and satisfied with the car - and assured me this had never happened before. I think it was just bad luck, but Chris and Grant are extremely trustworthy, informative sellers who make sure the costumer is always happy. Really so recommend.
