Cavendish Communications

I just called for some support on a system purchased from Cavendish and the guy I spoke to said he wasn't interested in helping, Cavendish is really small company with only 3 engineers, they have been bought out and it isn't his problem if I'm looking for support or assistance. Clearly doesn't want any more custom or recommendations!!

Friendly, efficient service. I can always rely on our account manager to help with problems or office changes. The support desk is also very helpful and Im always happy to see the engineers as I know what a good job theyll do.

It is always a pleasure to speak to any of the staff at Cavendish Communications. They are extremely efficient at all times and always willing to help to rectify any problems that I may have, as quickly as possible. I have been dealing with them now for some 17 years and have no problems giving them a five star rating!

I never take comms for granted, now working remotely it's so very important to be connected to my team and clients. I really appreciate Cavendish Communications 24/7 support. A special thank you to Hannah Townsend in Customer Support in sorting out our recent telecoms issue and resolving the problem so quickly, in such a friendly and super efficient way. I work in a Secondary School and we have used Cavendish for various projects over the years. From telephone systems, installing networks including cabling, switches etc. In addition, we use them for our phone lines and mobile phone contracts and they always beat any competitors price. On top of all that their customer service is second to none. We have a wonderful Account Manager, Julia who always goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
