Pre-booked a cab for return journey to pick up my daughter from school
Whilst waiting for the cab I look out the window to see them driving off so I call them. They say we waited outside for 5 mins a blatant lie as I was constantly checking for them as they were late. When I asked why they hadn't knocked my door or rang me to say they were there i was told they wasnt going to walk up the steps to knock the door and said they didnt have my number to call. They then refused to come back even though they were still within eye site of my home. They then hung up on me. Leaving me to try find another taxi to the school leaving my daughter left sat at school for 30 mins
I've used this company at least 40 times in the last year but after this I will never use them again
