        My delivery driver Marco is 5 star. He was on time, parcel arrived in excellent condition and as he had delivered before to my apartment he knew I was coming from top floor and gave me a minute instead of ringing bell again. 5 star service!

        After the initial delivery wasnt made, or advised, contact was made with Gemma at APC. Gemma was able to deal with the problem first hand and was further able to rectify the delivery the following day after discussing professionally. Thank you Gemma.
