I have used this company and their software for my business since their early years. This company is phenomenal and Colin and his team have supported us and our development over all these many years. The new app system is fantastic and the advice, guidance and technical support has been first class. The system itself is simple to use but highly effective and offers all the bells and whistles needed to help grow and development a strong client base for any salon. If you are looking for a salon software system this is the one you need!!!!

Colin and the team at Salon Advantage really go the extra mile with their customers. I own a hair salon in Cambridgeshire and have used Salon Advantage booking software for roughly 8 or so years. More recently, due to the covid 19 outbreak, my business partner and I had to re evaluate our business model and decided it was time to update to Salon Advantages latest software package, which, has been absolutely FANTASTIC! The online booking system has received well by our clients. I love how easy it is to navigate around the software, 10/10!! The reports that i can generate to visually see company financials are brilliant too. Colin and Kate have been fantastic, i honestly can't thank them enough for their support we have received from them. Not only technical support, but some great business ideas with promotions we could offer as a business, even great ways to communicate with out clients too and the education with how to use the software package too. I would defiantly recommend this salon software package to anyone out there that is looking. You won't receive such a personal service like Salon Advantages offers anywhere else, 10/10!

Colin, just to let you know once again, James is wonderful, friendly and does not make me feel stupid, he's nearly as wonderful as you. He's not allowed to leave. We have had salon advantage in the salon for nearly 8yrs now and extremely happy with the system and the support.

Worst customer service and company ever! Taking advantage of hairdressers because they have no clue how IT, Software and licence works for their POS system. Once you purchase a license, it should be sent to you as hard-copy also the license or activation code to it which you purchased, by that i mean paid for. So Salon advantage will tell poor hairdressers they will install for them remotely and never send license out or disk. Now if you happen to change computers or anything happens to the computer it's installed on they will ask you to fork out another payment and do the same all over. Its not right and that's taking advantage of people that has no clue. If you buy or made payment for license, demand it in hard copy so as to be able to own what you purchased. About time people start making these company own up to their end of bargains. Marcus
