Ive been training with Aimee since April 2022 and got into it to help shred a few pounds for my wedding next June. Not only have I lost inches all over my body, Ive gained a new confidence in the gym and my body. I feel a lot healthier and fit in myself. I actually look forward to going to my sessions (even the 6:30am spin classes) which is something I never thought I would. I dont feel like Im going for weight-loss anymore, but as a part of my lifestyle and I have Aimee to thank for that. Would highly recommend to anyone of any ability.

I spent 4 months training with Aimee. In that time, I gained confidence in myself to train independently in the gym, learnt to stay consistent, gained a better understanding of the role of food and diet, but ultimately, fell in love with weight training! Aimee is friendly and approachable while also providing flexible hours and personally tailored training plans (all written down in a book I get to keep forever as my training bible!). She makes herself available anytime to answer questions to build your knowledge and understanding. I feel strong and confident to conquer my goals! Thank you Aimee :)

Having not been in a gym for a number of years I was a bit apprehensive about starting my training! However Aimee instantly put me at ease as not only is she super lovely and friendly, but she is a knowledgeable, brilliant PT who really took the time to get to know me and my goals. Every session is different, she pushes me to do more than I ever thought I could, but most importantly she makes it fun. I have been so happy with my results and my confidence is continuing to grow. I cant speak highly enough of her and would recommend her to anyone!

I really enjoy my PT sessions with Aimee and have been with her for over 4 months. I have now lost weight, toned up and am a lot fitter and stronger. She listens to what you're trying to achieve and tailors what she does. Aimee very professional and cares about your technique in the gym. She is very easy to get along with and chat to when you're doing your sessions in the gym. I would definitely recommend Aimee to anyone who is apprehensive using the gym equipment (like I was) as she's so helpful.
