Yet again UPS fail. I avoid any company that uses UPS to deliver to my address but i need a special battery for my car and they use UPS, next day service i payed for so delivery yesterday, Friday, so i can fit it ready for work Monday and as always, UPS fail to deliver, now i cannot drive to work Monday, i am freelance and therefore i will lose a days money. I work 1 hour 15 minutes away in the West Sussex countryside so no other way to get there, you lot are quite simply useless

Called the Newhaven branch today to check up on a package in their warehouse. The service over the phone was great, I got exactly what I was looking for. Friendly customer service that do what they can to assist!

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Jackie at the UPS NewHaven location. I recently had an urgent package that had gone missing while in transit and was feeling quite frustrated and stressed about the situation. However, Jackie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what would typically be expected of her! Not only did she take the time to listen to my concerns, but she actively helped me track down the package and kept me informed every step of the way. Her willingness to assist me with my issue was greatly appreciated, and I am pleased to say that thanks to her efforts, my parcel was found and delivered promptly! woo! I believe she deserves recognition for her dedication and hard work. Thanks so much Jackie, they don't make women like you anymore.
