        Staff seem determined to annoy residents then when residents have a go at them they cry found play don't wind people up then they won't bite blocking up both the steps and slope from St Leonards Close to the car park with recying bins another example of annoying residents a new and tiresome way of working exa

        No stars if I could. Left bin out with a small box of cardboard as I had missed the last two recycling collections. Guess they couldnt bend down and pick it up, throw it in the truck. Shambles poor service, I will be complaining to the council offices. Rubbish.

        Incapable of moving wheeled bin 2ft from.thr pavement ! Ridiculous policy u must put bin handle facing pavement absolutely need get rid of current pampered staff ! Complete poor service with wrong people working the recycling they have NO PASSION TO RECYCLE
