Leads Direct Ltd

Very disappointed. I ordered part number 3UK-C7 which has a union flag against it mistakenly thinking I was ordering a UK manufactured product. Not all their UK plug leads have the flag beside them. I only realised I was paying virtually twice the Amazon price for a similar product with shipping when the invoice arrived the evening before the product was delivered the next morning stating country of origin. The product received does not match the website picture. Leads Direct reply:- "The cable doesnt exactly match the picture on the website as the images are only for guidance, it shows its a UK plug with an IEC C7 connector, please see the below disclaimer at the bottom of every product page and in our terms and conditions:" "If you would like to return this product to us then thats fine, well issue an RMA and once you have returned this to us we can offer a refund minus the original shipping costs." The cable itself is 4.79, the admin fee and shipping costs 9.00 so I will not be returning it. Maybe its my fault for not reading the "small print" but in my opinion its misleading.

Not even received my product yet, but very impressed with this company. Staff and prices are fantastic. I need a custom extension that no one seems to sell, but Leads Direct Ltd have the ability to just make it and deliver it the next day. How awesome is that?!?

Leads Direct have been supplying our IT cabling for years. If they don't have it in their warehouse, they will make it or have it in stock in no time. They offer fantastic advice for those "special requirements" and are always happy to help. We go nowhere else for our leads and cable requirements!

Great local company, they are like a hidden Jem they carry a wide range of electrical cables from adapters to different types of mains cables.. if they dont keep it on the shelf they can get it in within 24hrs of asking for it and the prices are great for example a 2m USB cable costing under 2.00 when the likes of the bigger retailers charge well over 10 for the same cable.. i would recommend them to everyone i know.
