        Rude and unprofessional: Enquired about repeat business (previous work worth several thousand ): many broken promises of visits/follow ups that never happenned. never manged to reach them during the day. left messages and the guy that calls back in the evening with an attitude that he is making you a favour. tried really hard to make it work but decided i had enough when he started using abusive language. will never use again and recommend does the same based on my experience. furthermore: my mother had all windows in her conservatory replaced by them and the guy managed to order the wrong window ( one with no openings) which meant that it had to be taken out again and replaced. Shame because the guys he subcontracts to for the fitting are nice and did a good job
