Terrible communication have been out to repair issue multiple times

Awful customer service. We took out 0% for 12mths, cleared the full balance at month10, but the sales rep gave us incorrect payment details- the payment should've gone to the Finance Company NOT First Home Improvements. It seems like there may be a training issue

Awful company ! Service very bad , I have been waiting since March for my back door to be fixed even if I mentiones that soor soes not lock property.They booked three times app to come and get it done , no one turned up and I had to loose my time from work . I am very fustrated and not happy to pay for service anymore. They do not care about people safety at all.

I would give 0 starts but don't think its an options. The service we have received from this company has been a nightmare. Customer service are unless and the area manager seems to be rude and dismissive. We originally ordered in aug 2020, first fitting was dec 2020, not the 4 weeks they promised. Fitting was so bad we had to have 2 windows replasted. We were left with damage to the brand new frames, and full width crack across a plane, again we were told would be changed in days, took months and that was with us chasing them weekly. Final bits were completed June 5 2021. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
