Poorly run store. The Manager, Jason, who was there on 25th Jan 2023 at 6pm was totally useless and didnt care about my issue. I explained to him that I had placed an UberEats order with Fort Rd store, and that I had paid for said Uber Eats order, and that it was never delivered. I understand how UberEats work (pretty useless with refunding) but I would have thought the local store mgr would have cared if a local customer who spent money on a large order of treats, sweets etc had a problem with UberEats, and I would have thought Jason would have wanted to know the name of the driver in question, so he could check if that person was stealing from Co-op or Coop's customers. Total disinterest and refused to take the name or description. I wont be ordering from Fort Road store anymore. I would suggest anyone else using Ubereats does not order from Fort Rd either. The store in Peacehaven are much better. Jason, you had a chance to resolve my issue. You werent interested in doing anything about this, didnt want to take my phone number to resolve the issue, and now you got your store a bad review on Google. Reconsider your stance in future.
