**PLEASE READ** PLACED ORDER 26 NOV 2022, WRITING THIS ON 17 DEC 2022. STILL NO DELIVERY OR TRACKING INFORMATION!! I mean using Royal Mail at a time where they are striking has got to be the biggest joke. Contacted Amy, who seems to think it's ok for her customers to wait a month for delivery!! And now after me asking for a refund and explaining how she's runied my December,she is now ignoring me. Wanted to buy Christmas wax melts that could lead me up to Christmas with different scents around my new flat, and now that has been ruined, so thanks Amy and I am still going to pursue a full refund. I will never now use your company again and will tell every person I meet how terrible her customer service is. So desperate to take my 40 and to now ignore me, I had to warn other customers to stay clear of this money grabbing, don't care about their customers, company. There are so many better sellers out there, would give no stars after this episode. Doesn't deserve even 1 star in my opinion. DO NOT GIVE THESE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY, would of been quicker to walk to Wales and bring them back myself.
