We are just completing the purchase of our new home with Naylor Powell and we have received nothing but exceptional service. Saying that the buying process has been tricky is the understatement of the century and Adam from Naylor has gone above and beyond at every step to keep the momentum going, including sitting in a hold queue with Severn Trent to try and get to the bottom of a drainage query.
