Quality of door and fitting very poor. I have had water and very bad drafts coming in through the back and front doors. This has been going on for over a year now.The gasket was coming away I had gaps where drafts was coming in. Gaps around the lock that I could see the house opposite me roof. The manager has told me they cant do anymore and pass the problem back to the company who got them to do the job. I recently had another company to look and he said poor quality of door and bad fitting.IWould not recommend this company stay well clear. Unity doors it was not booked under my name as I said before and it was passed back to the company who got you to do the job. Calling you want resolve the problems Ive been having as Ive called you before and spoken direct to Richard and also the manager standing In for Richard who told me cant do any more and Im to contact the company who got you to supply and fit them. Ive had your fitters come back about six times and door is worse now and your final fitter was one of your best ones. Hes was so good my back door is now got water coming in. So unity doors had enough opportunities to sort the problems Ive been having with my doors.

We purchased a lovely brown door with all the features we required. Good customer service and the delivery driver was friendly.

Customer service isn't very good. We had a problem with a door and its still not be resolved. A member of staff from Britdoors came to our home to see how bad the door was and promised to get us a replacement door. They have now gone back on this and want to change one side but leave the damaged lock in place even though its been put under a lot of pressure over the last few months and has physical signs of damage. They just don't want to deal with problems and get the door replaced as it should be. I wouldn't recommend Britdoors, The composite door we have is bent and is 1cm out at the top leaving a draft entering the building, in the winter with the heating on the door actually bent in further allowing us to see clear day light through the gap it had created. I think the next logical step for me is to involve my solicitors to seek a refund as its not fit for purpose and to find another manufacture. Not happy, went with a local firm to support local jobs, feel totally let down. I wouldn't event give them a 1 star rating but the review applet requires a minimum of 1 star in order to post. Attached is an image of our door, in this image the door is closed and the lock engaged, its appalling at best.
