Sky was great explaining everything and very patient after lots of dental work. Nothing was to much trouble and answer all my concerns, Ive never actually smiled and felt as relaxed on a dentist chair I am usually nervous.

I can not recommend Sue highly enough. I have just returned to the practice recently. After nursing tooth ache for a couple of months, this week it flared up in agonising pain while I was at work. I rang the practice to ask for an emergency appointment, which they didn't have immediately, however I received a call in the late evening from Sue offering me an appointment the next day. Sue knows me from old, and understands that I have a dreadful fear of dentists (due to bad experiences when in my teens). Sue managed to x-ray the tooth, show me what the issues were and explain a treatment plan. I expected to have to make another appointment, but she made time to do a temporary fix on the tooth and root, so I would not be in pain for my son's wedding next week. Sue went at my pace throughout the procedure, making sure that the treatment was as painless as possible for me, explaining every step of the way what she was doing and why. Not many dentists, in my experience, has done this for me. Thank you Sue and your dental nurse, excellent care, support and aftercare.

I went today to see the hygienist and she's new Katherine absolutely brilliant and Helen the dental nurse put me at ease explained everything (I'm a wimp when it comes to going the dentist) I would be quite happy going back to the dentist (I never thought I would hear myself say that) so ndc look after them they are a credit to the practise and would highly recommend them to anyone fantastic brilliant both well done
