Terrible after care service, they don't even bother to acknowledge your emails and never return calls when promised. It appears once they've sold you a clock they're not interested. I wouldn't recommend Jillings based on our experience and having spent nearly 4,000 on a clock you'd think a company like this would want to create a good reputation. Poor customer service and lacking in basic common courtesy which is appalling, you shouldn't be a member of any horological society with this attitude!!

An excellent clock repaired. Maybe a bit slow but that's because of great quality of work.

Well I wanted the clock shop. What igot was a detailed guided tour down the clock shop street namely church street which included all bazzars etc. I didnt realise these places were there.althoigh I have visitedmy family who live in and around newent several times this past twelve months.Noteverybodys taste but ww have to move on!
