Have been working with Kane and John since November on a kitchen and utility room revamp. Also flooring for all the downstairs area. John came up with some great ideas for our utility. A change of room for the kitchen didnt phase Kane who was brilliant throughout with designs and getting all the units together and replacing items where necessary, which wasnt much! All the staff relayed messages so I got timely replies from busy people. Again price was better than any other quote I had. Symphony deliveries were also first class. Now recommending MKM to the builders who hadnt used them before. Thanks very much.

Cannot believe the difference in service between Newent and Gloucester/ head office. Open when they said they would be, very helpful advisor Doug, delivery quick and a very decent price. Shame about the other stores in the franchise- maybe Newent should rebrand as a standalone merchant! Thanks again guys
