Andy went over and beyond. A part had broken on our wind deflector and one of the drainage tubes was blocked causing a leak into the car. The part was ordered and Andy liaised with me regarding cost and fitting. Due to our location, our car was collected, repaired and returned the same day. You cant ask for more. Definitely more cost effective than going to the dealer. Would have no hesitation in recommending Andy, who is also extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

This company Is excellent in everyway. Andy did a great job on my very leaky Clio sunroof. The car was getting flooded in the footwells and the seats got soaked after heavy rain. Now nearly a month later it is as dry as a bone and very comfortable. I cannot recommend Andy enough. He is very friendly, helpfull and very professional. You do not need to go anywhere else. Need I say more.

I found Surrey Sunroofs through an Audi Forum whilst trying to solve a leaking panoramic sunroof on my Audi Allroad. I spoke to Andy and he was very helpful, explaining that it was a common fault and the roof would likely have to come out for a full repair including seals, wind deflector and rebonding. As many others have said, Andy & Louise provided excellent service, keeping me informed with photos and texts, being flexible about collection and dropping me off at Dorking station. The interior of the car was protected throughout and everything was in order upon collection. Its a shame Audi main dealers cant provide such honest straightforward and affordable service! Dont hesitate to use Andy if youre having problems with your poorly manufactured sunroof - he really knows his stuff!

My VW Passat suffered a leaking panoramic sunroof, flooding the car interior over Christmas and New Year. I emailed Andy about it and he phoned me the next day to talk about the problem. It was immediately obvious that he had seen this problem many times before and knew how to fix it, unlike main car dealers. He clearly explained the possible reasons and solutions, and the kind of costs to be expected. I took the car to him a couple of days later and whilst I was there he did some initial tests that showed the sunroof frame had not become de-laminated and it should just be clearing drainage pipes out, plus an optional new seal. He was always emphasising ways to keep the costs down for me, which was such a refreshing change compared to most experiences in the automotive world. I left the car with him for a few days and he kept me informed of progress. Andy dropped me off and picked me up from Dorking station so everything was easy for me. Overall, fantastic service from Andy, and at very reasonable cost for such expertise. Andy is a lovely bloke and a such a pleasure to meet. If you have any sunroof problems don't hesitate to contact him. 10/10
