        Been a customer here for years and its been poor experience after poor experience. Queries go unanswered: first because my point of contact was ill and apparently nobody thought to tell me or put an out of office on, then because they were short staffed because they didnt replace her, then because my emails went into their spam and then, and then, and then. If you know about limited company accounts and literally want someone to do your payroll then these guys are fine. If you dont know, then dont expect any guidance from them. Dont expect any help in finding out what you can expense or save money on. Dont expect a personal service. Dont actually expect them to do much either. They give you a log in and you have to upload your own expenses and receipts. Do yourself a favour and get a real accountant instead of these guys who are very upfront about the fact they take your money and run. The only positive reviews they have are from friends and colleagues.
