        How could one establishment employ so many miserable and rude people. On one visit, a younger member of staff was in tears being berated by, I presume the manager, in full view of the other staff and customers. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Today we were served by an older woman who clearly did not want to be there, huffing and sighing whilst serving us. Please, either change the manager or employ staff who actually enjoy working.

        Thank you to the team, always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is by far the best on the Isle of Wight I would highly recommend.
