Maybe all the positive reviews have gotten to their heads as there was no sense of humility. When enquiring about a booking I made, the member of staff on the phone was impatient and short in tone. I don't necessarily want to be cornered and asked why I cancelled by booking especially if it's for personal reason I wish not to disclose over the phone. Will be looking for alternative accommodation if I ever wish to book a stay in the Isle of Wight.
