Nordic (Utopia Wellness and Leisure)

I cannot recommend Utopia Wellness highly enough. I had an issue with a steam generator component bought from a third party and, through a series of tests, Sophie was able to pinpoint the problem and get it fixed. Sophie even tested the new component to guarantee everything was working. I don't think I've ever had someone go so far out their way to help me and all this, when I wasn't even a direct customer, is unheard of. I am a dedicated customer from now on! Thank you.

We had a Bespoke sauna built by Nordic which filled the complete room. Sophie and the entire team were really helpful through all the stages from design concept, through to build and installation. They were very professional and have an extensive knowledge of the product and how best to make it work. The installation team completed the job on time and with excellent attention to detail. Nordic saunas are very impressive . A quality product with a knowledgeable team . We had building delays but Nordic were understanding and accommodating . The salt wall looks stunning . They are certainly not the cheapest but the finished product is worth the super premium pricing !
