        Mixed bag, all very friendly and accommodating at quote stage but thats where it goes downhill. Paint repair is ok, no better than that and Im pretty sure that 3rd party parts have been used not originals. Towing eye cover was open when we picked the car up and was shown to be broken. 2 weeks later after chasing twice a replacement arrives. As it turns out the original broken part has been glued into place, no replacement for as ever ordered as promise (good luck getting that open). Half truths and misleading customers seem to be the order of the day, would not recommend.
