    Very bad service. Did not attempt to collect the pallet but still charged me for the collection charges and also labour charges. Never sorted the issue properly. Did not issue the full refund.

    You cant always control who delivers your goods, but try to avoid this company at all costs!! I was contacted regarding my delivery. I explained there is an error and the post code needs changing. I was repeatedly told they cant do that, which I accepted immediately after they advised I contact the company with whom I placed the order. The gentleman on the phone didnt seem to listen and just kept repeating himself. I explained I live over 30 minutes away and was told Id get a call to give a rough estimated time of delivery. This didnt happen, instead I was called at 9:30am to say the delivery many is outside waiting. Fortunately, they were kind enough to re deliver later in the afternoon. I wish they hadnt. Im 8 months pregnant, due to give birth in 4 weeks. The delivery many was huffing and puffing when he arrived. He attempted to deliver the pallet to my driveway but was struggling. I asked him if he can bring it inside (he had a forklift, he was not carrying it by hand) and he rudely told me Im lucky hes putting it on the driveway as theyre curb side deliverers. I explained Im 8 months pregnant (Im visibly showing, he shouldnt have needed an explanation) and asked why he cant take it inside. He rudely barked back and said if Im not happy hell take the parcel back and started loading it into his truck. I asked for his company name and their complaints procedure and went back in my house - Im not going to embarrass myself arguing in my driveway with a pathetic individual who doesnt have a sense of human decency or compassion. I immediately phoned his company and spoke to the director who asked me to ask the delivery many to call him. The delivery man refused saying hes just spoken to his company and he wont be speaking to anyone. He asked me to phone his company (Id already done this and spoken to the director) but he wasnt listening to me. Eventually he complied after asking if I spoke to a man or a woman on the phone. After a conversation with his company, he agreed to deliver the parcel. At 8 months pregnant I was doing heavy lifting and clearing a path for him to take it closer to the house. He refused. Ive never met a ruder man in my life! His name is Ray Whilst they may be a curb side delivery company, there should be some compassion and discretion when dealing with people. Appalling. I phoned the company back to ask for their complaints procedure only to be told they dont have one. Im not sure if they put the phone down or there was bad reception, but the phone line went dead. I phoned back - Im obviously very angry at this point - and asked for their complaints procedure and was explaining what happened, only for the lady I spoke to to say have you finished on a rude, sarcastic and patronising tone. A kind neighbour witnessed the interaction came up to me afterwards to ask if I was ok. He offered to take the palette in. Hes an elderly man and theres no way he can lift 2 toilets with all of the fixtures, so I politely declined as I know it will be too heavy for him. Now I have to hope it wont rain until I can arrange for someone to bring it closer to the house where theres shelter or take it inside for me. I have never experienced such woeful customer service (or lack thereof rather) in my life, and will look into taking this further however I can.

    I think most of the 5 start reviews in here are related to driver service as drivers are quite faultless but... when it comes to customer service I think it is a different level of being a one star. When something goes wrong there is zero customer service. Our goods were damaged in transport. When we called them the response was - I am so puzzled what could go wrong. Are you sure it was caused by us? Unfortunately, both we and customer have cctv which clearly showing what left is not what have been delivered. And typical info I will get back to you. Despite informing them we are away there was no updates at all. We had to chase what is going on. When someone else contacted us that we have to supply all evidence and we have only few days as there is a 21 day deadline - info provided 2 weeks after damage occurred. So we provided all. Unfortunately people in the office and Director do not take critics well. When we asked why there is no information and why in case of the damage that was caused by them they are acting like they are doing us a favour to sort this out we were accused of being rude and they wish not to work with us any more. So it is best to damage the goods. Provide zero updates and act like we are in the fault they have been damaged. And it the end cover yourself saying someone is rude. Maybe you should do so mystery shopping and call your office from time to time to see how that looks from Customer perspective. Now we have to take goods and drive from London to Midlands to replace damaged goods. Definitely one of the worse experiences in customer service.
