Forrest Yoga with Conrad Freese

Conrad is a great yoga teacher with a deep knoweldge of the body. He has helped me a great deal to gain strenght and flexibility. His classes are dynamic as well as challenging. A good and balanced workout I have been training with him for over a year now and I love it.

I went to Conrads classes after doing some online Forrest Yoga classes and really enjoying them. The postures are well balanced to work on both strength and flexibility and require a bit of mental work too, which I love. The class is perfect for all levels as variations are given to make the postures accessible. Conrad is a great teacher and I totally recommend his classes.

Conrad helped me grow my yoga practice from novice to expert in just one year! His teaching style is very unique. Very commanding but caring at the same time. His meditations at the end of the class are legendary. You always finish feeling charged and incredible. Would highly recommend!

Doing yoga for the last 6 monts with Conrad it have help my to lose weight, regain confident in my self and restore trust in people. The atmosphere in the class is friendly and inclusive.
