        Went in to ask if we could have multi fuel stove fitted in our chimney. Nobody was around to talk to. The lady in the office eventually asked us what we wanted and reluctantly gave us a brochure. She said it would require 2 days labour to fit. We were not impressed and went elsewhere. We got fantastic service and it took them 2 hours to fit and tidy up - and it was cheaper.

        A disappointing experience to say the least. Went into the store in August to Enquire & arrange the installation of a new multi fuel stove. Cut a long story short myself and my wife had to make countless of telephone calls to find out what was happening over a period of 7 weeks. An appointed installer from them came round to my home damaged the new surround of my fire place. Quoted This is not fit I will not be signing this off We agreed the work would get rectified during Installation. Still waiting months later nothing. Personally I wouldnt waste your time with this Company. To that end we found the same log burner online considerably cheaper. Also have found another Installer able to carry out the work for a fraction of the price. Would not recommend. Do your research.
