DEFINITELY AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought a Nissan juke Nismo from them on 28th September and the mileage on the clock was 80765 and it has had countless problems the vehicle broke down the day it was delivered to my home and when I addressed it to Brett he was adamant I was not getting a refund and that its not my problem he the. Advised me that the warranty company the vehicle was covered with would pay for any issues the vehicle has which they didnt cover , baring in mind it was a turbo fault they kept putting the issue down to miss fuel 7months & 3,000 (out my own pocket) issues are still occurring on the vehicle and Im unable to get in touch with Brett.

AVOID at all COSTS or it will COST YOU Bought car on sun 5th march and been trying to return since, due to 1 major and couple of minor faults(volvo xc60 NA65 VUY) collected by finance company on 22nd march inspected and returned on mon 27th. Asked for my 500 deposit and 95 reserve fee back and still waiting,claimed there was a dent and now just keeps saying he is going to pay delay after delay and lie after lie. So if you want ripped of buy a car from brett. Now on to trade and standards and the motor ombudsman. Would give him minus stars but a option.

Great service from Bret and his team. My car was delivered on time as promised and was exactly as described. Unfortunately, a suspension fault developed which Bret agreed to cover the cost of. I cant recommend these guys enough. Thank you very much. Stuart

After being promised several call backs about buying a car from this garage and never hearing back I am appalled by the customer service of this garage who told me they would let me know timescales for a car to be ready so I could buy only to be told they had sold it to someone who was buying on finance (I was a cash buyer so obviously no extra commission from cash sales). And further to the comment by the company I was told the man who prepped the car was there when I called on Saturday and would receive a call back within an hour. I spoke to two different people there and nobody said a deposit had been taken.
