It's been two weeks since I bought my Ford Focus Zetec S and I can honestly say it's been one of my best experiences to date. Superb service from Michael and the team, the stock is very competitively priced with a wide range of vehicles to suit all budgets and preferences, and there's no hard sell or pressure to buy - their cars really do sell themselves. My vehicle has full service history, but it was serviced again, valeted and MOT'd before I picked it up (including clearing any advisories - in this case a couple of new tyres). It was also sold with a warranty and breakdown cover as standard for extra piece of mind, and the aftersales support has been second-to-none; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.

Appalling service. So many issues with the car my fella bought and no response from them whatsoever. They knew a refund was wanted before lockdown and havent even had the courtesy to email back. Would not recommend to anyone!! Dont buy a car from here unless you have money to burn and like being ripped off

Recently bought a nissan juke from here. My first time using this garage and will probably be the last! The process from start to finish of the buying process was easy and pleasant. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable, no pressure selling, and very attentive to detail. Now the part that let's this garage down majorly, less than 6 months after buying the car, it's had 2 major engine faults (same fault after the garage apparently fixed it in March), nothing covered by the warranty, after taking it to Nissan after the first fault its got the worst corroded break pipes the technician had seen, break pads and discs just on the limit, 3 tyres just above legal limit and countless other issues amounting to the best part of 3 grand. Most of the issues just mentioned should have been picked up as an advisory on its mot in December but guess what? Full Clean mot given. I'm currently having a dispute with finance company to get it sorted as I've been without my car for nearly a month now and I'm a key worker during this pandemic so I need it to get to/from work. They really need to work on there after sales service big time!
