        If you can't be bothered to answer the phone then I can't be bothered to spend my money with you. Simple. Consider my appointment cancelled. Off to your competitor instead who answer the phone every time..

        We were looking for a private clinic that did flu jabs for our 20 month old. These jokers advised they do, took our booking and all was good. On the morning I quickly (luckily) called to see if we're able to come. We were told at first that he was too young. Then that they had no vaccine. Then that they didn't actually do the vaccine privately, at all. This was 10 minutes before I lumped a toddler into a car for a 40 mile round trip. Truly shoddy service with zero empathy expressed towards our situation.
