I finished my 18 month business administration level 3 apprenticeship in December last year, I left secondary school in the May and started my apprenticeship in the June. My learning coach was Joshua-Hilton Amzaleg and he was exceptional throughout my whole course. He was supportive and helped me ease into producing coursework at the level 3 standard. I never ever wanted to go into mainstream college and do a levels, all I wanted to do was work full time from leaving school. This enabled me to do so, and the support I had from key training as a whole, especially my learning coach and Darren Mcgurrin (who hosted the webinars I attended for various subject types) was nothing less than exceptional. Although I struggle to conduct my business from a virtual perspective (zoom, teams etc), key training made this process painless and I got used to this. Overall, Id recommend key training to anybody who Is wanting to earn whilst they learn and come out of the end of it with a qualification, thank you Joshua-Hilton and thank you Key Training.

Having been with Key Training as a learner for almost 3 years... I have completed my level 2 with Key Training - Recruitment Resourcing and achieved my qualification with the support and guidance with my mentor. The experience with Key Training has definitely outranked any training provider. At present I am enrolled a level 3 and will soon finish! Thank you to my amazing Learning Coach Elina and the whole team at Key Training for making it worth while for me as a learner.

Really supportive apprenticeship provider, they have worked with me to help me feel confident to go through to EPA. The level of support provided was adapted to me and my needs, when I started to struggle with motivation they looked after me, helped me feel empowered and strong again. Special thanks to my learning coaches who supported my portfolio and training sessions. Key training have a really high focus on wellbeing also, ensuring subjects such as prevent are understood and spoken about, equality and diversity is also high on the radar to ensure its understood and promoted within the company and with learners. I have had a lot of experience in the past with different training providers and can say that dedication and personalisation to how this course has been adapted for me and to my needs has made me feel very valued and understood and confident within my own learning styles. I have been able to grow as a person throughout this experience and am much stronger and happier for it. Thank you everyone
