Booked 23:07, told the taxi would arrive in 10 minutes. Failed to arrive, notified of the confirmed booking, but not that it was unilaterally cancelled. Discovered this only when we rang back 23:20 after waiting in the rain. Told they could send a taxi after midnight. Avoid. We previously used 5*taxis for ~20yrs. Exceptionally poor service.
