Wendy is a fantastic teacher, her understanding of tai chi and ability to explain and get me to understand the meaning of what I'm doing, and why I'm doing is amazing. She is not a follow along mirror what I do teacher. She cares about what she is doing, and she cares that you care. I hope to become a full time student of hers.

Wendy is an excellent teacher and I enjoy her classes in a beautiful location. I was made to feel welcome from my very first encounter with the group even as a complete beginner. I can't think of a better way to begin the week!

Wendy teaches Tai Chi at a pace where everyone, beginners and experienced, can take part. I joined to help improve my posture and balance, though Im new Im seeing results. I would highly recommend everyone of all ages go.
