I'm sure they do cracking development work, but all I've received, on two occasions, is really poor customer service. Both times I've gone to them asking for a quote, I've been given the impression that it was an imposition - either insinuating that we wouldn't be able to afford their rates, or ignoring the enquiry altogether for a few weeks before palming us off after the quote deadline. ("We didn't think it would be the right kind of project for us anyway.") I've found their communications brusque, bordering on rude, and as a business in the region seeking to work with other local organisations, frankly I expected better given their reputation. The small details are important.
