Honestly? Good shake, reasonable pricing (yes, it's reasonable.) and fast service. Got the crispy m&m and a mixed punch monster, they were great.

One person working on a Friday evening with long waiting times, finally get to order and the drink I wanted couldn't be ordered due to shortages in stock, so I ordered another and there wasn't stock for that either, so eventually I settle on another and order that. We get our drinks and the cream on mine was sour, so I scraped that off into a bin and then to top it all off I found four pieces of plastic wrappers in mine! That really ruined the experience for me, and also at 5.45 per premium milkshake, not worth it in my opinion.

Worst milkshake Ive ever had. Ordered a premium Lindt chocolate milkshake. It was watery and tasted like whole milk with sugar in it. No similarity to flavor on offer. I was with a group who ordered different shakes and they all had the same feedback. Disappointed given the prices. Wont be back.

There was bits of wrappers blended into our drink. Plastic wrapper. So hazardous. Thanks Shakeaholic!
