Staff are lovely and treatment results are great. Only bad comment is the telephone system they have. I's difficult to get past the automated menu. Then when you do get through you are put though you can't choose the clinic you are put through to. So you have to ask them clinic to put you through to the one you wanted in the first place. I have been threatened with being charged a fee because I could not get through to my clinic to cancel an appointment because I could not get through to my clinic for days before hand. Thankfully the ladies at my clinic know the issues with the phones and let me off. Please replace this with a automated menu that lets you celect the clinic you want to be put throu to or a seperate phone line for each clinic. Thank you. Service: Laser hair removal

I had Microneedling for my acne scarring and Im so happy with the results! Iv been told I wont know the full results till about 3 months after this last treatment, but taking before and after pictures between each treatment iv really seen a difference in my skin, though my scarring isnt completely gone they have massively improved and my skin is generally so much brighter! The nurse Donna has been amazing! Her and all the staff in the clinic have been lovely x Service: Acne scar removal

I chose this clinic as it had good reviews. It is also located on Grey Street with the prices fairly higher than those outside of the city centre so I expected a pleasant professional experience. However this was certainly not the case. I made an appointment for tattoo removal, the initial consultation was okay (appointment was at 19.30). My laser therapist was quite keen on going home, she was exhausted and continously complained about how much work she has to do. My consultation was rushed, but I didn't want to blame the laser therapist incase she had a genuinely difficult day. The appointment for my first round of treatment was also at 19.30pm. My laser therapist mixed up my appointment (thinking it was just a consultation and not a treatment, so I given the wrong paperwork). Then I was faced with a rushed tattoo removal. What made this whole experience so awful was that I asked the lady to stop the treatment for a minute as it was extremely painful (the tattoos are on my fingers), and she ignored it. I asked again, and she replied "it'll be over soon, you're doing great". I requested a break twice, and it was ignored. I wasn't even offered numbing cream prior to the tattoo removal. I was in awful pain and my laser therapist ignored my request for a break as she clearly just wanted to go home. Additionally, the way she dressed my hands after treatment was so unprofessional. I had to Uber home because I was too embarrassed to go on public transport with my hands being so badly bandaged up. This clinic just does not seem as good as it should be, especially for the prices you pay. I had such an unpleasant experience I do not recommend this place for tattoo removal or late appointments.
