        Very bad customer service experience on 05 Sept 2020. The sales woman would not refund or exchange the cream for me. When I asked for the business email address she said it is breach of GDPR, For god sake, why a customer cannot have the business email address of the shop ?the cream did not work good on my skin, guess what ? she said because I used too much of the cream. Speechless. Service: Laser hair removal
