I booked a house for a weekend about 2 months prior to our stay, the day before we received an email from Shortmove stating that we'd receive our check in instructions by 1500hrs the following day. we arrived on the road where the property was at 1515hrs, but received no instructions.
when I called the host, I was told by a supposed call center staff that the bookings team were busy but would get back to me. three hours later and several phone calls and emails later still nothing so I then spent another hour or so finding an alternative, which ended up being a 30 minute drive from the original address which was extremely inconvenient.
