Rooms were clean and all the basics including dishwashing liquid and laundry tablets provided.
Cons:
1. Extra care could have been given to ensure that appliances were working before my stay. I was given the wrong Wifi username and password and had to look for the correct details from the internet router. Then the bedroom heater and washing machine were not working and I had to report it to get them fixed. Kudos to the team for being quick to respond to complaints though!
2. Living room was poorly lit.
Overall a comfy stay and would have given 5 stars if things were working as expected when I moved in!
