A sub optimal start to the visit, for three reasons. 1. Discovering a lack of means to open the gates allowing access to the secure parking. I was forced to leave my car parked on double yellow lines whilst I worked out a way around this conundrum. 2. The apartment itself was ok, generally clean, with the exception of the mugs, which I needed to wash before I could have a brew. Also, finding rubbish left behind by a previous occupant, in a drawer. 3. After a drive of nearly 4 hours I was looking forward to using the toilet, but was thwarted by an absence of toilet paper. On the plus side (not really), one of the three bedside lamps actually worked, so my son and I alternated nights to enjoy it. On the actual plus side, the building was very easy to find, and its location close to the city centre was great for dining out. The onsite manager was friendly and approachable, which convinced me to make this a two star review.
