        TERRIBLE SERVICE - Notification that the apartment was not available was given over the phone when we tried to check-in at the venue. A replacement at their Quayside apartments was offered, which at that stage we had no alternative but to accept. Staff were polite but unable/unwilling to offer any explanation or compensation. Complete reversal of the services we have previously received under previous ownership at this venue. Safer to avoid now on.

        After having the hotel booked for months leading up to an event, I was notified one week before the event to tell me our stay was cancelled due to some works over running. One weeks notice is completely unacceptable notice for works which mustve taken weeks to carry out - There was no offer to find alternative accommodation and we have had to pay well over the odds to get anything at such short notice - terrible customer service
