        I would just like to personally thank all the staff today. I had 2 nervous kids & the staff were brilliant. They helped & support both my kids & give them clear & helpful instructions. My kids loved it today and both were overjoyed at the experience today. They couldnt stop talking about it today back at home. I believe it helped boost their confidence. Massive thank you again to the amazing staff. We will be back soon.

        Plenty of options for kids to climb . They have a restaurant upstairs where you can sit and keep and eye on kids.

        5 sanitizer machines empty. No hand soap in female toilet. Tap in female toilet not working. Can't fault staff on climbing wall area or choice of activities though.

        Not the best Birthday Party for my little girl to be honest. We booked a party and was told we had a "Party Planner" and to be honest, she didn't do a thing! We ended deciding to cut the cake and instigate singing Happy Birthday. Shouldn't it be their job to do this? Also, they forgot to take a food order for one of my daughters friends and she was so upset that she'd been left out. Really not impressed at all for the price.
